On the 22nd and 23rd of September 2022, Jorge Pereira Campos from ASHVIN partner Erasmus University Rotterdam, presented ASHVIN Project’s approach in preserving privacy in digitalized constructions sites at the 4th Annual Symposium on Applications of Contextual Integrity organized at Cornell University in New York (United States).
This organized symposium aims to foster interaction among diverse communities of research and practice using Contextual Integrity to reason about privacy, and to design and evaluate, craft regulation, and generate formal logics for privacy. As a part of the program, Mr. Campos presented a Scientific paper entitled “Towards a Privacy Ensuring Digitalized Construction Site” focusing on the main results from the research work related to privacy and cyber security carried within the ASHVIN project. Moreover, in ASHVIN, the WP1 “IoT driven digital twin platform” has a task dedicated to cybersecurity and privacy making sure that namely the data protection and the GDPR compliance are addressed and integrated with the AHSVIN platform. Erasmus University Rotterdam leads this task.
This event was hosted by Digital Life Initiative and Cornell Tech.
